Soldier?  Or Sociopath?  Some things done in war are best not remembered or even examined too closely, but too many of our fine soldiers have maintained their honor and ethics to let this situation be unexamined.  If indeed, the killing was legitimate war action, why drop a weapon next to the body on his way out?
